All manuscripts submitted to this journal are screened by iThenticate software to detect any possible plagiarism. Manuscripts are then sent to two referees who are experts in their own fields. When necessary, more referees are assigned to the manuscript. If a referee declines the invitation to review the manuscript, invitations will be issued to subsequent referees as necessary. Manuscripts must receive a minimum of 2 positive referee reports to be published. The Editorial Board has made it its policy to adhere to the opinions of referees. In this context, 23 out of 34 submissions to our journal for June 2018 were accepted for publication and 11 were deemed ineligible.
